Thank you for shopping at Crystal Bloom. We take pride in every piece we create and want you to love your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


01Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition with no signs of damage, wear, or alteration.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any certificates, tags, or gift boxes included with your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided.
Items that do not qualify for return:
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions.
  • Custom and personalized orders (see Section 02 below).

02Custom & Personalized Orders — No Returns

All 1-on-1 custom and personalized jewelry pieces — including custom bracelets, necklaces, and any item made to your specific design, stone selection, size, or engraving — are final sale and non-returnable. Custom pieces are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold. We encourage you to review all customization details carefully before confirming your order. Our team will provide a design confirmation for your approval before production begins. If you have any questions about your custom order, please contact us before placing it.

03Restocking Fee

For eligible non-custom returns, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Example: If your item was purchased for $100, your refund will be $85 after the 15% restocking fee is applied.

04Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Crystal Bloom does not provide prepaid return labels.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Crystal Bloom is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • Please contact us before sending any return. We will provide you with the correct return address based on your location and our current fulfillment arrangement. Do not ship items back without prior authorization, as the return address may vary.

05Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem
We will offer you the choice of:
  • A full replacement shipped at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method — no restocking fee applied.
We stand behind the quality of our products and will make it right.

06How to Start a Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return:
  1. Email us at your@email.com with the subject line: Return Request — Order #[your order number]
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  3. Wait for our response. We will reply within 1–2 business days with the authorized return address and instructions.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable method and send us the tracking number.
Important: Do not send any items back before receiving written authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

07Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
  • We will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. This is outside our control.

08Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original (subject to this policy) and place a new order.
