04Product Descriptions & Material Accuracy

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Please be aware of the following:

• Color variation: Crystal colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen's display settings. Natural crystals also exhibit inherent color variation from piece to piece — this is a characteristic of genuine natural stones, not a defect.
• Natural imperfections: All natural crystals may contain inclusions, minor surface irregularities, or variations in shape and size. These are characteristics of authentic natural gemstones and are not considered defects.
• Material accuracy: Where a product is described as "natural crystal," it contains genuine, naturally occurring gemstones. Products described as "crystal glass" or "synthetic crystal" are man-made. Please refer to individual product descriptions for accurate material information.

05User Accounts and Security

If you choose to register an account on our store, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

06Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

In the event that we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days.

We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal, supporting major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is accurate and complete.

Crystal Bloom does not store your full card details. All payment data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors.

While we strive to ensure all information on the website is accurate, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability may occasionally occur.
